MANVEL — De'Monte Seymore and Ty Harris combined for five touchdowns to lead Manvel to a solid 41-6 win over the Rosenberg Terry Rangers.

Seymore scored on runs of 9, 11, and 6 yards while Harris scored on runs of 3 and 1 yards to help the Mavs to outrush Terry 282 yards to 75 yards.

In addition to the ground attack, junior quarterback Kaiden Smith was 17-of-28 passing for 210 yards with one touchdown and one INT.

Manvel scored on their first possession of the game with Seymore capping off the drive with a 9-yard run. Antonio Rodriquez added the PAT for a 7-0 lead with 9:23 left in the opening quarter.

Harris would add his second touchdown early in the second period with a 1-yard plunge to increase the lead to 21-6.

With 8:01 left in the first half, Smith would find Kelby Williams open on a 7-yard scoring toss to post a 28-6 halftime lead.

Manvel added two more scores in the third quarter as Seymore scored both touchdowns as the Mavs closed out the game 41-6. No one scored in the final period.
