STRANGE TIME

PEARLAND — The Covid-19 pandemic has affected everything we do and Shadow Creek head football coach Brad Butler (below left) and Pearland head football coach Ricky Tullos (below right) are complying with wearing their masks during workouts.

Both coaches are glad to be able to work with their players and they are doing everything they can to keep their players safe from the virus.

Shadow Creek, who won the Class 5A Div. I state title in 2019, has moved up to Class 6A and will compete against the Oilers in District 23-6A. The Sharks are 31-1 in their first two seasons at the varsity level.

Tullos begins his third year at the helm of the Oilers after they finished 8-3 in 2019 with a first round loss in the post-season.

There will be more on the upcoming football season soon.
