Dawson, Pearland, Shadow Creek headline All-District gridiron picks

Shadow Creek (8-0) captured the 2024 District 22-6A crown while Pearland (7-1) finished second and Dawson (5-3) finished in a three-way tie for third but lost the playoff tie breaker to Manvel and Dobie.

Shadow Creek (9-2) was upset in the first round of the playoffs 31-28 by Fort Bend Elkins while Pearland beat FB Travis 38-0. The Oilers fell to Atascocita 28-17 in the area round to finish 9-3.

For the first time in Dawson's history, the Eagles didn't make the post-season to finish 6-4 overall.
